We are proud to announce that Katarzyna Kisiel and Kinga Ślusarczyk, members of Chmielarz Research Group (https://pchmielarz.v.prz.edu.pl/) and Student and Doctoral Scientific Society of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering “IPSUM” (https://ipsum.prz.edu.pl/), second-year Master's students of Chemical Technology, have been awarded a scholarship by the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
Eng. Katarzyna Kisiel has been pursuing her scientific activity since her second year of engineering studies under the supervision of Dr. Izabela Zaborniak and Prof. Paweł Chmielarz. She is involved in numerous scientific projects, including three editions of the programme “Student science clubs create innovation”, as part of which she presented the results of her research at four conferences, including two international ones. She is also currently involved in the SONATA BIS 10 project and has co-authored a scientific article in the journal ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering (IF5Y 8.7).
Eng. Kinga Ślusarczyk has been awarded a scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the third time. She started her scientific activity in the second year of engineering studies under the supervision of Dr. Monika Flejszar and Prof. Paweł Chmielarz. She participated in three editions of the programme “Student science clubs create innovation”, and two editions of the programme "Talenty Jutra" funded by Fundacja Empiria i Wiedza. Furthermore, she has presented the results of her research at five scientific conferences and has as many as seven scientific articles with a total IF of 38, including one in Green Chemistry (IF5Y 9.8) journal.
